The expansive campus boasts many facilities available for use among students, volunteers and those working at the Ashram. A well equipped yoga hall, accommodating up to 70 people, stands at the center with a captivating view of the surrounding environment. The hall offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding river and mountains; a spiritual picture of our beautiful earth.
The dining hall serves fresh vegetarian food sourced locally to help preserve the local agriculture. We source and produce fresh dairy and eggs from our own happy cows and chickens right at the ashram. The dining hall can serve up to 100 people comfortably.
In addition, the Himalayan Om Shanti Ashram includes an Ayurvedic massage and healing centre, offering massage, detoxification and energy therapies from a professional Ayurvedic therapist. Therapists interested in a visiting partnership or looking for a venue, are encouraged to contact the center for more details. The highlight of the Ashram is without doubt the river Ganj. Running through our land, just a short walk from the hall, the river offers her sweet fresh water for visitors to swim and refresh themselves. The running water is the official soundtrack for the Ashram; a great partner during the practice.
